The ancestral Hyacinth was native to the region from the south of Turkey into northern Israel. They are members of the asparagus family, at least botanically speaking. Carnegie Hyacinth looks great in containers and window boxes, but even better in mass landscaping plantings. The stout flower stalks only reach 25cm (10″) tall, but they are fragrant and very bright white. These deer resistant flowers appear from mid-March into April, and they are hardy to Zone 4. Plant in full sun to part shade. Our flower bulbs for fall planting ship in September through fall while supplies last.
Four bulbs per package.
